Welcome to the
AirCav!
The United Kingdom Air Cavalry is a group
of like-minded living history enthusiasts who have chosen to represent
elements of the 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile) during the Vietnam War.
Our aim is to educate the public as to what
the war was about and how the people involved lived.
There are three main groups that we
represent,
7th Cavalry Regiment, H Company, 75th Infantry Rangers and the 552nd MP
Company.
New Northern Division
Opens its door's........
The United Kingdom Air Cavalry
is currently recruiting for its new Northern Division. Due to an
overwhelming interest in the group from guys as far north as Yorkshire we
have decide to open a Northern Division of the group. There are only
currently a couple of shows the Northern Division will be attending but
dependent on the response there will be more. Please visit our new page for
further information.

note all recruitment for our main branch of the UKAIRCAV is closed & no more
members will be considered this year. The Northern Division is soley for
shows around the Midlands area and similar.**
Photograph Of The Year 2009
Well this is the first year we will be
doing a serious photograph of the year competition. Were looking for a photo
which says it all, explains what & why we do it but without the words. Get
your entries for the 2010 competition in to us over the coming months & the
winner will be announced towards the end of the year. You will also
see a Photograph of the Month will be displayed over the coming months,
entries once again appreciated. POTM can be serious or funny, your choice.

The UKAIRCAV can be
found at various shows throughout the year. Our aim is to educate the
public not just about the war but to show you exactly how those brave
soldiers lived on a day to day basis & the conditions they endured.

I am very pleased to announce that
